Learning - Arts Award, BALTIC Centre for Contemporary Art

BALTIC Centre for Contemporary Art is an Arts Award Welcome organisation, which means that we can support young people and organisations to achieve the Arts Award.

We offer a series of opportunities which can help young people complete the sections of the Arts Award: Taking Part, Enjoying and Appreciating and Meeting Arts Professionals. Young people can take part in activities such as visiting exhibitions and attending artists and art professionals talks. We encourage young people to find out more about BALTIC's exhibitions by taking advantage of our free daily tours. We also offer workshops with our freelance artists in BALTIC studio space (please be aware that there is a charge for the workshops).
