FACILITIES

Baby Changing
Unisex baby changing facilities are available on the ground floor and in Quay, Level 2.

Cloakroom
A range of lockers are available to use on the ground floor of the building within gallery hours. Visitors wishing to use this facility will require a £1 coin to operate the locker, which is refunded when the key is replaced. Change is available from the BALTIC Shop, also on the ground floor.

Parking
BALTIC operates a pay-on-exit car park to the rear of BALTIC. This is open 24 hours a day with no maximum stay. This cash-only car park costs £1.00 per hour with a minimum charge of £2.00. No charge for Blue Badge Holders. Paid parking spaces are available on both the Newcastle and Gateshead Quaysides.

Parking (disabled)
There are five reserved parking spaces for Blue Badge Holders situated to the rear of BALTIC with an access ramp on the riverside of the building which will direct you to the main entrance on BALTIC Square (approximately 180m away). A further five disabled parking bays are available adjacent to BALTIC on South Shore Road.

Toilets
Male, Female and unisex accessible toilets are available on all floors except Level 5.

Facilities for disabled visitors
Please contact us in advance to reserve a wheelchair, tri-wheel walker or scooter or to arrange personal guidance.Guide and Hearing Dogs are welcome.
