This exhibition invites visitors to interact with the works directly by opening the ‘wind house’ to bring the exterior elements inside and physically infiltrating an inverted countryside scene in the work Trans-parent.

Barthelemy Toguo
Heart Beat
29 February 2008 - 13 April 2008
Cameroon-born, Paris-based artist Barthélémy Toguo presents Heart Beat, his first solo exhibition in the UK. Toguo is a multi-disciplinary artist working in drawing, photography, sculpture, ceramics, and performance.
Provocative and often humorous, he investigates social concerns and universal human emotions. Heart Beat comments on the use and overload of information in the era of global exchange.
