In a brand new two-hour session, Contemporary Art Conversations will guide you through BALTIC’s current exhibitions as a starting Point to open interesting conversations about contemporary art. Each session will include a specialist tour, placing the exhibitions within an art historical context. Explore the themes behind the current exhibitions with BALTIC Crew and have the unique opportunity to ask your questions and share your thoughts and opinions with a member of our curatorial team. Light refreshment provided.
Each session will look at the work of both Lorna Simpson and Simon Bill but will each have a different focus.
28 March and 4 April 2014, 10.30-12.30 will feature an art historian’s tour of the Simon Bill exhibition 11 April 2014, 10.30-12.30 will feature a curator’s tour of the Lorna Simpson exhibition.
